Interior work at this level is largely a fabrication and coordination problem. Custom cabinetry, stone with matched veining, integrated lighting, and specialty finishes all have to arrive correct and in the right order, and a single mis-sequenced trade can hold up the rest. The Berndsen Company manages those trades directly rather than subcontracting the coordination, which is what allows a designer's scheme to survive the gap between drawing and installation.

The firm builds custom residences throughout metro Atlanta, working with interior designers from the earliest stages of a project through final installation.
