Atlanta Magazine featured The Berndsen Company in its March 2022 issue.

The firm has built custom residences in Atlanta for over three decades, working principally in classical and traditional architecture alongside many of the region's leading residential architects and interior designers. Its work has been recognized with the Philip Trammell Shutze Award and multiple OBIE Awards from the Greater Atlanta Home Builders Association.

Most of the firm's commissions arrive through architects, designers, and past clients rather than through advertising. That shapes how it operates: fewer projects at any one time, longer relationships, and a strong preference for being involved before the drawings are finished rather than handed a completed set to price.
